Let us help you celebrate your birthday! There are 2 ways
to register. First, you can email us your name, birth month, and email
address to
service@embellishmentsetc.com . Or, during checkout, there is a drop box for you to provide your birth month. If you choose to do so, we will send you a
coupon good for 10% off each order that month. This coupon can be used multiple times in the same month, but it cannot be used in
conjunction with other coupon codes. The coupon will be sent to the email provided during checkout. If your email address
changes, email us and let us know and we will update the information for you. The coupon will be sent out at the first of each
month and will expire on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. CT. This coupon is intended for the birthday person only. This program may
cancelled or altered at any time.
